Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags and protective cases included.
Returns are not accepted for:
Prescription eyewear (unless defective)
Customized or engraved products
Items purchased on final sale/clearance
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within [7–10 business days].
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We accept exchanges for items of equal or higher value (with payment of the difference).
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
