At Eyecare, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags and protective cases included.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Prescription eyewear (unless defective)

    • Customized or engraved products

    • Items purchased on final sale/clearance


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within [7–10 business days].

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


3. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for items of equal or higher value (with payment of the difference).

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


4. Damaged or Wrong Products
