Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer free standard delivery on all orders above 500 AED. For orders below this value, a small shipping fee of 20 AED will apply. Any additional charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before you make payment. 

Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Within [Country/Region]: 3–5 working days

  • International orders: 7–14 working days
    You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped. 

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Our team will carefully pack your eyewear and dispatch it through our delivery partner. You’ll get a tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep. 

Yes, every purchase comes with a digital invoice, which will be sent to your registered email. You can also download a copy anytime from your account’s order history section. 

Yes! All our eyewear comes with a [6-month / 1-year] warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, scratches due to regular wear, or mishandling. If you experience an issue, simply contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Payment is processed immediately after you place your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been successfully completed. 

A wishlist is a feature that allows you to save products you like but aren’t ready to purchase yet. You can revisit your wishlist anytime and move items to your cart when you’re ready to buy. 

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Package tracking allows you to follow your order in real time. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to check the current status and estimated delivery time.
